Return - Exchange
If you don't like a product or it doesn't fit, you can return it.
In this case, please return the article to us in its original packaging. Enclose the completed return form with the shipment. You have received this by email together with the invoice.
Please choose: a) directly place a new order and note the desired exchange. After receiving the return, we will prepare the exchange and send you the new item. If it is more expensive (than the returned item), you will receive a new order confirmation with the payment information. If the new article is cheaper, we will refund the difference. b) indicate that you wish to be reimbursed. We will reimburse the purchase price after receiving the returned item on the way of payment.
Tip: If you need the replacement delivery quickly, send the return to us for a refund and reorder the desired article in the online shop.
Who pays for my return?
The buyer bears the costs of the return shipment.
Defective goods or wrong delivery received, how do I proceed?
Should you have received defective items upon delivery or a defect has occurred within the legal warranty period, please contact our service team first.
This works best via our reclamation form.
In the case of returns from abroad, the costs will be taken over individually after prior arrangement by phone or mail.
