Should you have received defective items upon delivery or a defect has occurred within the legal warranty, please contact our service team first. This works best via our reclamation form.

In the following cases you can request a parcel stamp for free return shipping:

  • Defective goods on delivery
  • Defective goods within the legal warranty period
  • Delivery of a wrong article

Please check the entered data again, then click on [SEND] and you will receive within a few minutes the package label by e-mail (to print out).
Stick the stamp on the package and hand it over at the post office counter or at a packing station.

 

Please conscientiously pack the goods for the return shipment, so that they are not damaged on the transport route and keep the proof of receipt for the package until the refund or exchange has been completed.
