Bring deinen Skike in die Spur!
It may happen that your skikes do not run straight and the track must be adjusted.
With simple straight running, it is relatively easy to determine whether your skikes are not set up correctly. Hollow out some momentum and then just let it roll out straight. Try to keep both skikes as parallel as possible. If you now notice that one of the two or possibly even both skikes do not run 100% straight out, but pull to the left or right, you are exactly right with these instructions for the track adjustment of your skikes.
Step 1
To set the track, take off your skikes. Now look for a straight line on the floor. We use the edge of our floor mat as a straight line here.
Now place the skike on the line and move it over the line with your hand. Grip the skike best at the top of the calf shell.
Make sure that you keep the skike straight.
Step 2
You now know in which direction your skike will pull away. In our example, the skike moves to the left. In case your skike moves to the right, the process described below is mirrored.
To correct this setting, place the skike on the left side (when looking at the skike from behind). Then loosen the wheel bolts on the front wheel by a quarter turn. Take the skike now, in the position tilted to the left, in the hand and hit the front wheel lightly on the ground.
The Adjustment
To correct this setting, place the skike on the left side (when looking at the skike from behind). Then loosen the wheel bolts on the front wheel by a quarter turn. Take the skike now, in the position tilted to the left, in the hand and hit the front wheel lightly on the ground.
We want to make a fine adjustment here, so you should not hit with full force. Then you check again the straight run on the line. As soon as the skike extends straight, tighten all screws on the frame and the wheels again properly.
In the event that you have hit too hard and the skike now runs to the right, you must mirror the process and apply less force when hitting.
