With the Powerslide 4-Cross 175 we developed a whole new off-road skate. With the trend to larger tires off-road skates became more heavy which is a limiting factor for longer skate tours as you need a lot of muscular power to lift the skates again and again and again. We have been able to reduce the weight of the skate significantly by using some new developed 7" / 175mm tires as we feel that this size is the best of both worlds. The large and wide tires master rough terrain with ease but are more lightweight and reduce the overall weight of the skate. The extruded and CNC machined frame made of 6061 aircraft aluminum is a masterpiece of its own. Indestructible with a super precise straight roll as the frame is made out of one piece. The special feature of the frame is the vario nordic binding system which allows you also to use all types of cross country ski bindings in the market. The mid cut boot of the 4-Cross is based on a rigid composite flex shell paired with strong and resistant suede leather. This lightweight boot also offers a lot of support and freedom of movement as well as exceptional comfort and heel lock. The two-piece construction of the rims is made of a mix of aluminum and composite materials. Wicked SUS rustproof bearings complete this great off-road skate package. The 4-Cross nordic skate is the perfect skate for longer off-road rides.
